NT Govt extends Buildstart scheme
The Northern Territory Government has extended its housing grant scheme to the end of 2009.
The Buildstart scheme, which provides $14,000 to investors to build a new dwelling in the Territory, was launched in October 2008 to work alongside the Federal Government’s First Home Owners Grant scheme.
It has received 218 applications to date.
